Chief Executive Officer
Christoffer Ellehuus is CEO of Strategy Execution. He joined Strategy Execution in June 2018 and oversees the strategic direction and global operations of the Arlington, VA-based company.
During his career Christoffer was the Practice and Product Leader of CEB’s HR Practice and Head of CEB’s HR Practice Business in EMEA out of London. He was also Global Head of New Product Development at CEB where he led the development and successful market launch of several new product platforms as well as the integration of several acquired technology businesses in the human capital services space. After the acquisition of CEB by Gartner, he was the Market Leader and Head of Sales of Gartner’s HR membership, assessment and HR analytics businesses.
A native of Denmark, Christoffer currently lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife and three kids.
Chief Revenue Officer
Matthew is responsible for Sales and Client Service in the Americas and EMEA. Prior to this he was Managing Director in EMEA, running our operations in London, Frankfurt, Stockholm, and Dubai. He joined Strategy Execution in January 2017, having successfully led European teams in the online data and analytics sector, including 11 years in the Intellectual Property & Science division of Thomson Reuters and 6 years in the Chemicals business of Reed Elsevier. Matthew holds a degree in Spanish & French from the University of Sheffield.
Chief Learning Officer
Tim Wasserman, Chief Learning Officer, is responsible for leading the strategy and thought leadership of all Strategy Execution learning solutions. He is an expert in the successful implementation of large-scale organisational behaviour change, with over 25 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives for Global Fortune 500 companies.
Tim has led global design and implementation teams to improve execution capabilities for organisations including Apple, Boeing, Cisco, Cognizant Technologies, Google, Medtronic, Nordstrom, and Prudential Securities. He speaks and writes regularly on the topics of strategic alignment, organisational change and transformation, and global team effectiveness.
Tim has been a guest lecturer at Stanford University and University of California Berkeley, and regularly presents at conferences including PMI Global Congresses and Chief Strategy Officer Symposium, and The Strategic Execution Conference. Tim was Programme Director of the award-winning Stanford Advanced Project Management Programme, and is now the executive sponsor of the new Adaptive Strategic Execution Programme in partnership with Duke Corporate Education at Duke University.
Managing Director, Marketing
Rachel Behrle leads Marketing for Strategy Execution. In this role, she is responsible for setting the company’s global marketing strategy and executing against it to meet company goals. Her focus is on building pipeline through various marketing functions including demand generation, events, content marketing, client marketing, and digital marketing.
Rachel has over 15 years of experience in the learning industry. Earlier in her career, she ran multiple marketing functions at Skillsoft, including the content marketing function, the company’s public website in addition to owning marketing programme management.
Since joining Strategy Execution in 2012, Rachel has led a rebrand effort, multiple website redesigns, the launch of global demand generation programmes, and the marketing of multiple new products and services as they were released to the market.
Rachel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Albany. She has earned multiple credentials including the PMP® credential from The Project Management Institute, the Stanford Certified Project Management (SCPM) credential from Stanford University’s Center for Professional Development, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
Rachel resides outside of Annapolis, MD with her husband. She is a passionate Mets fan, and loves spending time with her step-kids and grandson.
Managing Director, Product Development
Jeff Bond leads Product Development for Strategy Execution. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company’s global product strategy and executing against it to meet company goals. At Strategy Execution, Jeff continually challenges his teams to explore and understand the evolving training landscape and to deliver products that help clients improve the way their people lead and execute project-based work, while maintaining alignment with their overall business strategy.
With a passion for creating things, Jeff’s career has taken him from working at Kennedy Space Center supporting the space shuttle to working on state-of-the-art tethered aerostat systems for GE in support of drug interdiction. He also spent 16 years at Skillsoft, a startup dedicated to helping companies improve performance of their people with cloud-based education technology and content. Jeff’s role as vice president at Skillsoft included all aspects of product marketing and product management.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Florida, a MBA from Nova Southeastern and regularly takes classes to maintain his understanding of evolving technologies that will be leveraged in the education and training space. An avid woodworker and home remodeler, Jeff resides in New Hampshire with his wife and two children where they love spending time hiking with their border collie Molly and their golden retriever Jack.
Raed S. Haddad
Managing Director, Asia-Pacific
Raed S. Haddad is responsible for growing Strategy Execution APAC in the most effective and efficient manner that serves our clients in the region and increases Strategy Execution’s presence in markets we serve as well as expand into new markets. With more than 25 years of project management expertise across a range of industries including healthcare, technology, government, telecommunications, and financial services, he has helped Strategy Execution’s clients leverage project management, business analysis, and business skills for strategic advantages.
Previously, Raed was a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University School of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering in Washington, DC, where he taught graduate level courses related to programme/project management and decision making techniques.
Raed holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, he holds an MS in Engineering Administration in Project Management & MIS from The George Washington University. He is also a PhD Candidate at the School of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at George Washington University.
Senior Director of Operations
Eryn Kadiam is the Senior Director of Operations at Strategy Execution, where she manages the global teams that are responsible for the implementation of training modalities, from large scale classroom deliveries to individual online subscriptions. Her teams focus on all aspects of training engagements to ensure that products are delivered consistently, accurately, and with a high level of quality.
In her 15+ years with Strategy Execution, Eryn has held many roles in the organisation, both in Operations as well as Customer Engagement, which help her excel at understanding the business and customer needs. Most recently, she helped design and launch a streamlined global process and system to drive efficiency and automation across the business. She has also been instrumental in launching a measurement strategy, which is used to help clients quantify the value of Strategy Execution’s products.
Eryn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Longwood University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
Eryn resides in the Washington, DC Metro area with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling and making memories!
