PMOs form a large part of an organisation’s ability to execute the stragies of the business through portfolios, programmes and projects.
That’s why we’re delighted to be back at the PMO Conference in London next month talking to PMO managers and leaders as they attend the largest gathering of PMO professionals in Europe.
The event takes place on the 13th June at St Paul’s in Central London and brings together 400 PMO professionals to listen, learn and connect with each other as they attend five streams of pure PMO sessions.
Strategy Eexecution have supported the conference since it started back in 2015 and throughout that time conversations have ranged from the challenges of resource management; the rise of portfolio management; the increase of hybrid project delivery – the Agile PMO and content designed to shift the thinking when it comes to the value the PMO brings to the business.
This year’s conference brings together thought leaders and practitioners with sessions focused on portfolio management – the next part of the journey; Agile and how PMOs are supporting the organisationas it turns to agility as a competitive advantage. There’s change management; digital PMO; investment portfolios; data insights and storytelling; behavioural themes with coaching, competency development and servant leadership.
Strategy Execution will be there, hosting a private lunch and available throughout the day in the dedicated PMO exhibition area. We have plenty of insights to share around the common challenges PMOs face today; check out one aspect in our recent article over on the PMO Conference website – The Impact of PMO Communications on Delivering Strategic Objectives
If you’re working in PMO today, join your peers in London this June – and come and say hello to us on the day.
