Information for Delegates
To register for a course, simply click on the registration link on the course description page. Alternatively you can register over the phone by calling us on +44 (0)20 3743 2910, or by sending an email to email@example.com.
After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email which contains information about the location and the nearby amenities, including public transport and hotels.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all courses must be paid for in advance. Registrations are not secure until payment has been received, and on oversubscribed courses, we reserve the right to give any unsecured bookings to later registrations who are able to pay immediately.
These include a high-quality lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
We supply comprehensive and up-to-date course materials, also included in the course fee.
Since 2014, we have introduced digital materials for all UK courses. This has many benefits, such as being greener, easier to transport and with the added advantage of the ability to view course materials on a number of devices. You will be sent a download link a week before your class starts. All students will need to bring a laptop or tablet PC (laptop recommended) to use in class. Please remember to bring your charger and a UK plug socket adapter if necessary.
Our VAT number is GB 243 2389 13.
